Hi all. Hope everyone is having an uneventful day except for Jen that is! Baby Faith is probably here by now, and I hope mom and baby are doing well. I'm on my way to the gym. My knee is hurting but I'm gonna try to get a run in. Run past the pain! Here's my menu: 1 hot dog w/ 3/4 of bun, 2 shrimp, some salad, some maryland crab soup Light n Fit yogurt followed by some scram eggs, 3 slices bacon an hr. later..always hungry at work at 5 am!! Some mixed nuts, a few cherries, few bites of salad cheese snack, 4 saltines, a few potato chips my mom is making cubed steaks for dinner....it's fatty food, so I'll just eat a little bit Exercise: probably run a mile or 2, body combat\ Vitamins: need to take em! Fluids: 40 oz. so far....I need to pick it up! April

Hey April!!! I was hoping to see an update on baby Faith!!! Jameson was born this afternoon at 1:38! He's a first baby born to another WLS OH Momma!!! Anyway.. today I had coffee for breakfast. Salad for lunch.. a few bites of steak (left from last night) Dinner- 1/2 cheeseburger (not a good choice) but it was on the run. I've had about 50 oz today and haven't had much excercise but heading out to the beach with the kids. Fireworks tonight and tommorrow night. Have a blessed evening and a Happy 4th!!! (Hugs)

Hey April I've been thinking about Jen and Faith today too! I had a pretty good day today.. nothing too exciting to report! Kristina had a swim meet after I got off so that's where i was most of the evening. Now I'm home to get ready for another day tomorrow. I have to work on the 4th but I get off at 3:30 so I cant complain. On to my menu.. B~ Italian Turkey sausage link S~ Carb/Sugar Control yogart L ~ Power crunch bar and handful of grapes D~ Grilled chicken breast sammy minus the top bun & about 5 ruffles Vitmains: on track Water: ok.. didn't really count today Exercise: nope G'night, Kay

Did a bit better today! B- Bagel Bites L- left over beans, meat cheese with some nacho chips S- Shake D- Pizza Liquids: 84 oz water, 12 oz diet caff free rootbeer Vits: Check!
