I'm back! Whatcha eat?

Hi all. I'm back from Myrtle Beach. I had a blast with my family. We were beach babies all day yesterday. I was trying to get a tan, but I was in the water the whole time! Then we went to the hotel's pool for a couple hours. Now...my arms and chest hurt like hell! But I at least got some exercise. My eating was HORRIBLE, but I wasn't expecting anything better than that, so I need to get back on the wagon tomorrow. But here's what I had today...in all honesty! Went to Shoney's for Brunch, so I had the following: 1 biscuit, about 1 oz. scram eggs w/cheese sauce, 1/4 c. skillet rice, 1/4c. home fries, 3 slices bacon, 1 pc. ham, some cantaloupe and honeydew w/cottage cheese New Whey Bullet, some trail mix and pork rinds Whopper Jr. w/cheese (bottom bun only), sm. order onion rings and Burger King's Dutch Apple pie....mmmm! That's it...that needs to be it! Back to normal tomorrow. Have a good night! April

Hey April, I'm glad you had fun in Myrtle Beach. I go all the time and love it there. Considering where you were, your menu is not so bad. Mine would of been way worse. I'm a day late but since nobody shared, I will share my menu!! I woke up early this morning for some reason so I have a few minutes to spare before I leave for work. Let's see what I had yesterday.. Breakfast: Carb/sugar control yogart & 3 strips of turkey bacon Lunch: Grilled cheese sammy Snack: 3 Sugar free cookies Dinner: Small wendy's chili and 1/2 a side salad Snack: Protein hot chocolate Snack # 2.. 8 peanut butter filled pretzels Have a great day!! Kay Oh, I hope someone post weigh in this morning because the scale has MOVED!!!

Here's what I had Sunday... B: Insides of breakfast taco S: protein coffee L: 1/2 chicken enchilada, too many chips w/ salsa, 1 tamale and some beans and few bites of rice D: 1 slice of pizza w/ double toppings, but dog ate top of crust and part of slice...it was thick pizza and I can't eat too much of that. S: popcorn and a few tiny snickerdoodle cookies vitamins: done liquids: 104 oz. protein: really los...55 grams or so exercise: arm workout for 4 hrs. scrubbing glue off wood floor Karla
