Monday's Munchies...whatcha havin!
Hey everyone. Hope everyone had a great weekend. I went to Myrtle Beach and had a blast. Eating was a little off kilter (okay...way off kilter), but here I am. Another Monday! I'm posting early because I have to work today. Here's my menu:
B- 2 oz. Lite SPAM, Light n Fit yogurt, SF/Decaf French Vanilla cafe w/ protein
S- 8 oz. CC choc. milk
L- turkey n cheese on mini bagel, some salad w/ italian drsg
S- protein shake before work
D- gonna make some General Tso chicken w/broccoli
Exercise: 1 hr. STEP/Hi-Lo
Vitamins: none yet
Fluids: 48 oz. so far...

I had a good day at work today! Wasn't too busy.
On my menu:
B: Weight Control oatmeal
S: Carb/Sugar Control yogart
L: Healthy choice chicken noodle soup
S: Handful of grapes
D: Baked chicken breast & salad
S: Protein hot chocolate
Water: 42 oz so far
Exercise: work?
Vitamins: on track
Kay.. the lady who loves her scale today!!!
Ugh, I hate being stuck at home! The food keeps calling my name! I did ok today though
Breakfast: Oat Cluster Cheerios and Soy Milk
Lunch: Spicy Bites from Jack
Snack: Turkey Sandwhich
Dinner: Nachos!!!
Dessert: We all tried the new Chocolate Overload Cake from Jack- GROSS! and had some no sugar added ice cream
It is alot better than yesterday... so I'll jsut work harder tomorrow lol!
I'll be gone to Mobile, AL starting today for a week...See ya'll next week. I had hoped to see Julie C. when there, but she never contacted me. I would have loved to meet her.
Here's what I had to eat:
Protein Coffee
Leftover Mexican food from Sunday
2 tiny Snickerdoodle cookies
1 c NSA ice cream
1/2 c trail mix
BBQ Chopped beef w/ pinto beans
Not my best eating day, but I was really busy.
