How's everyone doing today? I'm good. Just happy that the week is over! April is going to Myrtle Beach with her family so I'm stepping in for her. It's time to come share whatcha eating today. The good, the bad and the ugly!!
Ok, Here is my menu..
B~ Protein shake
S~ South Beach Bar
L~ Leftover grilled pork chop & steamed broccoli
S~ 1/2 a sugar cookie.. wayyy too sweet.
D~ Going to buffalo wild wings with family.. I always order the hot wings and side salad. If i have something different, I will come back and report.
Vitamins: on track
Water: 52 oz so far...

Hey there Kay......I know I have been gone for way too long, Life has been a little hard lately personally but I check in and see what you all are up to. Anyway, here is my menu for today.
B-a biscuit 2 pieces of sausage and 1/2 cup of cheesy grits.
L-a hot dog
D-I am making some pinto beans and some mole` chicken and maybe some mexican rice not sure yet.
I had 2 cups of coffee and about 40 oz of tea so far, and am still chugging away.

Here's what I had today...
S: 1 c SF hot chocolate & then protein coffee
B: inside of breakfast taco
L: Taco Soup and 1 Tbsp. Bare Naked Granola
S: AchievOne Mocha Java
D: 2 little French Bread rolls w/ EVOO and spices and BBQ meat/beans
vitamins: done
liquids: 108 oz. so far
protein: 95 grams
exercise: sawing & gluing wood floor, up, down, inside house, outside house, scrubbing glue off entire body

Here's what I ate yesterday:
Breakfast: 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese and 1 cup of blueberries
Lunch: 1 cup tuna salad and one smal wheat pita, 6 baby carrots
Snack: 14 almonds (1/2oz)
Dinner: SmartOnes Chicen Enchalada Dinner, 6 carrots and 4 celery sticks - guess I just needed the crunch yesterday
Snack: Breyers no sugar added ice cream bar
