L~ Tuna kit & Carb/Sugar Control Yogart
S~ NSA Diced Peaches and 5 mini vanilla cookies
D~ Grilled pork chop and Salad
S~ Protein shake
Vitamins: on track
Water: 42 oz far..
Exercise: work and going to walk 2 miles right now with my mom.

Thanks Mamacita! I may be away for a couple of days because I'm going to Myrtle Beach for a family vacation. Hopefully I'll still be able to post because my PDA has really good internet. I'll try to behave while I'm away......

Oh....my...goodness!!!! For dinner, I went to this fast food mexican place called Qdoba Grill. It was sooooooooooo good! I had a shredded beef naked burrito w/black beans. Naked...just w/o the tortilla, but it comes with rice. I just picked around the rice because the meat was soooooo good. I haven't been satisfied with food in a few days so this really hits the spot. I'm full now. I'm done for the night!

It was an okay day for me. Post-op visit this morning and I only got 2 of my drains removed. I've got to keep these others in for another week. Next Thursday I'll get the drains and my stitches removed. So - here's my menu for the day:
B-Shredded Wheat and milk
S-Cheese Stick
L-Corn and chicken casserole (leftovers)
S-One of those Freshly Farms Twinky type things (made with yogurt filling and soy stuff)
D- Chicken and Rice
S-Protein Shake
That's it for me today.
Here's what I had yesterday. I don't have time to post at night this week...still doing renovations. Next week I'll be in Mobile.

Sorry I'm chiming in really late but here is what when in my mouth yesterday:
Breakfast: 3/4 cup lowfat cottage cheese, med banana, 8 strawberries
Lunch: My Isopure and Hoods CCC milk shake
Snack: 2 cups Watermellon
Dinner: 1 cup tuna salad, 8 baby carrots, 3 celery sticks, 1/2 pickled collyflower, 1/2 lettuce - mixed into a salad
Snack: Bryers No sugar added Ice Cream Bar
