I guess April is busy working her butt off. It's late but I'll post this anyway!
Straight to the point, food! Lets be accountable!!
Breakfast.. Pure protein bar
Lunch: South beach frozen dinner.. chicken caprese and broccoli YUM
Snack: 1 mini almond joy
Dinner: Baked chicken thigh, two bites each of brown rice and salad.. the chicken filled me up quick!
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
Vitamins: good
Water: 50 so far
Exercise: work

Hey Special Kay...haven't had time to post in evenings this week...I'm working on home remodeling. I'll be glad when this week's over. Next week I'll be in Mobile, Alabama w/ my husband. That's where he is working now. I'll post when I can this week.
