Whatcha eatin on Monday, folks!
Hi all. Welcome to the beginning of the week! Tonight's my last night of work, and I'm so happy! Hopefully tomorrow morning I'll get a little sleep here and there. I need to go do some shopping because I'm going to Myrtle Beach this weekend. I need some sun in my system! Anyway...here's my menu:
Turkey,cheese,tomato sammy...ate half, a few onion rings
Light n Fit yogurt, 1 RF cheese snack
42g New Whey vial, some mango slices
small handful Special K cereal
LC banana smoothie from Smoothie King w/1 scoop of whey
I packed leftover oven fried chicken and mixed veggeis from yesterday.

The weekend went by way to fast! Hopefully this week will go by just as quicky?!
We were very slow today at work so it made the day go by slow. After work, I went for coffee with a friend and now I'm home to chill out for the rest of the evening. Kristina went to camp today and the house is so quiet.
Breakfast: Pure Protein bar
Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart
Lunch: NSA Mango Protein smoothie
Snack: 2 tbsp. of peanut butter & 1 Graham cracker
Dinner: Baked chicken thigh, 1/4 c. brown rice and small salad
Snack: cheese stick
Water: low.. I've been slacking with this today.
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: nope
