I love Sunday dinner! Whatcha have?
Hi all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Tomorrow is back to normalcy for most. I've been working all weekend. I'm on night 3 of 4. I'm gonna be a zombie come Tuesday morning. Nothing exciting to report...just working. But here's my menu:
Salad w/ 1 chicken tender, RF cesear drsg
18 turkey pepperoni chips, 1 cheese snack
some grapes, Light n Fit yogurt
2 HB eggs, 2 spoonfuls of grits
too many FF pringles....the rest of the can is in the trash!!!!!
choc protein shake
I made some oven-fried chicken, mixed veggies
Exercise: none
Vitamins: need my calcium
Fluids: 76 oz. so far...

Other than running to Walmart to get last minute stuff for Kristina's camping trip, We have been home doing nothing. My eating is not the best today but I'll go back to routine tomorrow. I've learned not to stress it.
On the menu:
B~ 1 egg scrambled w/ ham & Cheese and 1 slice of wheat toast
S~ Carb/Sugar control yogart w/ Bear Naked granola mixed in
L~ 1 1/2 Slices of thin crust cheese pizza
S~ 6 mini yogart covered pretzels
D~ Small Wendy's chili and 1/2 Side salad
S~ 1/2 C. NSA Chocolate ice cream
Vitmains done, no exercise and not enough water

My eating has been crap for the last week that I've been mobile -- basically whatever I can reach. I've gotten in my two protein shakes a day, though, in addition to whatever else I eat so my protein is way up for the healing. Here's my menu for yesterday:
B- Grapenuts w/skim milk
S- cheese stick
S - Achieve One protein drink
L- cheese and deli meat w/a handful of pringles
S- Low fat/low cal peanut butter wafers
D- Grapenuts w/skim milk
S - South Beach Protein Bar
