It's Friday! Whoo! What's for dinner?!
TGIF! For everyone else! My work week is just beginning. I work tonight, Sat. and Sun night....3 long days I have coming up. I'm just hoping my eating can stay on track. Nothing exciting to report here. I went to kickboxing this morning, then had to get my car serviced. Now, I'll be taking a nap soon before I head off to my 12 hr. shift. But here's my menu:
LNS: 1 mini brownie bite and 1 slice carrot cake earlier in the evening
B- 1 mini bagel, 2 slices deli ham, Light n Fit yogurt
S- watermelon cubes
L- 1 chicken tender, 2 potato wedges...now my tummy is sore. That's what I get
!
S- protein shake
D- I packed some garlic-herb chicken w/broccoli and marinara sauce...yum!
Exercise: 1 hr. kickboxing
Vitamins: need B12 and calcium
Fluids: 52 oz. so far....

1 c LF buttermilk
protein coffee
AchievOne Cappucino
tuna
powercrunch protein bar
1-2 oz. beef fajita meat and 1 c pinto beans
3 Tbsp. peanut butter
1 c cottage cheese
1 slice ham lunch meat
liquids: 124 oz.
vitamins: done
protein: 100 grams
exercise: shopping and going to dr.
