Hi all. Hopefully Jaci's surgery is over, and she's recovering well. Maybe someone will post her progress. I'm so happy for her! But I've been nothing today. Went to the gym, came home and was lazy again! We went out last night and I didn't get in until 4 am, so I had a right to be lazy. Even though those New Whey vials are gross, they are so friggin easy!!! I just bought 10 of them last week now I have to buy more already. But anyway, here's my menu: Breakfast (at 3:30am after partying!)- 2 scram eggs, 2 slices bacon, 1 pancake w/ syrup, 1 sausage patty, few bites of toast...it was magically delicious! S- banana L- Lean Cuisine Lemon Chicken w/ few bites of brown rice..rice was nasty D- Dunno yet...probably go to this soul food place for dinner tonight. Mom said she was cookin air for dinner S- sure I'll have a snack later Exercise: 1 hr. STEP class (felt like I was gonna pass out!), 1 hr. w/trainer Vitamins: not a one yet! Fluids: 32 oz. so far....I need to pick it up! April

Hey April I have had a pretty busy day. I worked from 6 to 3 then went to Walmart to get Kristian's stuff for camp next week then went to her swim meet at 7. She came in 2nd place in the back stroke catergory. Now I'm ready to take a shower and go to bed. On the menu.. B~ HB egg and 3 strips of turkey bacon S~ Carb/Sugar Control yogart L~ Pure protein bar & Grapes S~ Peanuts D~ Small chef salad and 1 slice of cold thin crust cheese pizza.. I got the salad from walmart and bought the pizza from the swim meet. It was a last minute idea but I enjoyed it.. LOL S~ Snack size bag of M&M's. Vitamins: almost done Water: 68 oz Exercise: running around G'night Kay

I've never posted on the menus, but since I have nothing but time for a while, here goes: B - 1/2 cup of cheerios w/skim milk S - 100 calorie pack of Ritz (had to have the crackers, been suffering with light-headedness recently when out and about) L - 1/2 piece of catfish and 3-4 fries (my dad is here helping out and that was his lunch) S - 1/4 cup of cereal w/skim milk D - Swiss Chicken w/greenie beanies S - Cookies and Creme Protein Shake That's it for me for today! It's vicodin time now, though! Woo! LOL. Lisa
