Hey all! Hope the day is going smooth for everyone. I've been okay. I had plans to get up early and run errands....yeah. I woke up early, ate breakfast, and went back to sleep! But it was okay because I had a change in plans. But went to the gym, and I'll probably go shopping or something later...nothing exciting! Here's my menu: LNS- Light n Fit yogurt, some grapes B- Banana Nut weight control oatmeal..ate about 1/2, 2 slices bacon, 1/2 42 g New Whey vial L- rest of chef salad from yesterday S- probably some fruit and I'll have a New Whey vial some time D- don't know yet... Exercise: 1 hr. at gym Vitamins: need calcium and B12 Fluids: 48 oz. s far.... April

Hey April I had another busy day at work today. After work I went to Super Walmart for a few things and ended up shopping around for over an hour. Now I'm home relaxing for the rest of the evening. I hope everyone had a nice day!! On to my eating... B~ NSA Mango Protein fruit smoothie from Smothie King.. YUM-O S~ Small pack of peanuts L~ Turkey, Cheese and Broccoli Lean Pocket S~ Carb/Sugar Control yogart D~ Grilled turkey pattie w/ cheese & Small salad S~ Protein Hot chocolate V: check W: 48 oz so far.. Just wanted to add to my menu: had a banana and a New Whey vial 1 1/2 mini burgers, salad bar, few fries from Ruby Tuesday a sugar cookie for snack some trail mix

HI April~ well i must say i didnt eat real well today B~ nothing L~ 2 small south beach chicken totillas S~ piece of pizza Exercise~ worked 12 hours and then went to gym for 45 minutes Vitamins~ forgot Fluids~ 45 oz and feel like im drowning in fluids Well gonna take a shower and head to bed to do it all over again tomorrow Have a great night! Suzette..no need to frown over the pizza! You barely ate, so you certainly deserved that. Girl, we're further along in our journey now...we can be good to ourselves! You've done awesome! April

Hey April. I'll try to post as much as I can this summer. Not on regular schedule, so I'm in and out at home. Ben and I are going to scrape the "popcorn" off the ceilings in my bedroom, the hall leading to the bedrooms, and both bathrooms. Then I'll stomp and drag the ceilings, paint them, and we are going to lay a parquet wood floor in my bedroom and closet and paint the closet. It'll be done by the end of next week. I'll get in plenty of exercise! It cost $258 for materials...would have been $1500 or so to pay someone to do it all! If Ben doesn't wimp out, he'll tackle his bedroom and the extra bedroom ceilings while I am recuperating from my LBL next month. Then all we'll like on ceilings will be the front entry hall/kitchen, and living room, which is one big area. Can't wait to de-popcorn the whole house. Here's what I had today: S: 1 c LF buttermilk B: protein coffee L: hbg. patty (gr. chuck) S: AchievOne Cappucino S: cottage cheese D: grilled chicken thighs and lima beans S: protein coffee vitamins: done liquids: 76 so far, much more to go protein: 105+ grams exercise: shopping at Lowe's, Walmart, loading/unloading 5 gallon buckets of joint compound and paint, 25 lbs. dog food, and moving bed and 2 huge dressers out of bedroom to begin renovations.
