Whatcha eatin Tuesday!
Hi all! Hope everyone is having a great day. I'm being lazy as hell today. I did, however, make it to the gym for a while today. I'll probably go visit some friends after I shower and hopefully I'll get a nap in too. Just wanted to post my menu. I'm trying to get back on track! Here's what I had:
B- scrambled egg, w/SPAM 10 oz. protein coffee
S- PowerBar Nut Naturals bar
L- chef salad....so good!, sm. pc. of roll, 1/2 42g New Whey
D- i dunno yet...whatever my mom makes
Exercise: 1 hr. STEP class, 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: none yet
Fluids: 56 oz. so far...

For breakfast and lunch I had 3 oz. chicken (whoo hoo excitement central!)
For morning and afternoon snack I had 1 New-Whey protein vial...
For another afternoon snack, I had a little baggie of pretzels.
Dinner...whatever yummy stuff my MIL makes...
Exercise: Probably not ;)
Vitamins: Check!
Fluids: About 80 oz so far (water and Diet Soda)...
