Whatcha eatin Monday!
Hey all! Just wanted to post real fast before I headed out. I have some errands to run. But here's what i've had:
Lean Cuisine chicken parmesan, some noodles
Light n Fit yogurt, popcorn, cheese snack
chicken sausage, 1/2 biscuit...coulda stayed away from the biscuit!
hot vanilla creme drink w/ 1/2 scoop protein, 1/2 42g New Whey Vial
dunno what's for dinner...I'll check back in!
Vitamins...almost done
Exercise: none
Fluids: 60 oz. so far....

I had a long day at work and I'm tired. I go to bed way to late. Other than day, I had a decent day.
On the menu:
B~ Weight control oatmeal & 6 oz cc milk
S~ Carb/sugar control yogart
L~ Tuna Kit, 4 cheese cubes & carb/sugar control yogart
S~ 2 tbsp. of pb
D~ 1/2 T-bone steak, 1/3 of a baked potato & salad
S~ Protein hot chocolate
V: check
W: not enough
E: walked 2 miles

Here's what I had to eat today:
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
B: SF yogurt and 1/4 c low sugar granola
S: protein coffee
L: 1/2 c chicken salad and 3/4 c pinto beans
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
S: protein coffee, then 4 crackers w/ some pb & J
D: lima beans and 1/2 chicken cordon bleu
S: 1/2 c trail mix
S: 1 c cottage cheese w/ true lime and splenda
vitamins: done
liquids: 136 oz. or more
protein: 115 grams+ protein
exercise: nada...had to take my son to have wisdom teeth out!
