Share YOUR Fathers Day Menu!
Hiya Ladies
Is anyone cooking anything special for Fathers Day or are ya going out to dinner?? We usually go out but we are in the back yard cooking out today. It's not too hot today so we are having a good time.
On the Menu:
B: 1 scrambled egg, 1/4 c. grits and 3 strips of bacon
S: 1 pickle spear & 3 cheese cubes
L: 1/2 Ribeye steak, 1/2 baked potato, 3 grilled shrimp, small salad
D: Leftovers.. Other half of steak and potato, few shrimp and salad
S: Small peice of Apple pie with a scoop of NSA vanilla ice cream.
It's still early so if I eat anything else, I'll come back and add it. Right now I'm stuffed from lunch.

Girl...........! I've just been so friggin busy this past week! I'm trying to get my next assignment together, finalizing my vacation, and I'm moving in 3 weeks! But I'm back. Been doing okay. I have to admit...I haven't been overeating, just eating...whatever. Funnel cakes, gyros, cake. Not every day but maybe everyother. I have been exercising, but I need to ease up on the fats and sweets a little. Limiting myself to 1 or 2 times a week. Here's what I've had today:
B- 2 HB eggs, Light n Fit, 25g New Whey bullet
S- 1/2 funnel cake from the italian festival....glad its over!
L- crabcake, 2 bites coleslaw, 2 hushpuppies and 1/2 42g New Whey bullet
D- packed a Smart Ones
Exercise: none
Vitamins: need calcium and B12
Fluids: 63 oz. so far....

I cooked what seems like all day ...
For Breakfast I made Buckwheat Pancakes and fruit salad , coffee with milk - I did not eat any of the fruit salad
For Lunch I made Beef in gravy served over mashed taters with corn
For Dinner I made Chicken Parm with whole wheat pasta, Salad ~ mixed greens and spinach, tomatoes, carrots, chick peas, beets and cucumbers - oh yeah and semi-homemade buttermilk ranch dressing - yum
For snacks today I had lots of sugarry stuff ....
Frappacino from starbucks
1/2 whatchamacallit
1 side of a twix bar
and I am fixing to go to the kitchen to see what I can get myself into now .... your pickles sound good ... maybe I'll go get a few pickles.
Did alright today... eh.... lol
Breakfast: Shake
Lunch: After Church was a father's day snack table: had some quiche, strawberries, and muffin
Dinner: Jumbo Jack w/ cheese minus veggies and 3/4 bun
S- small hamburger patty
When I got home from work had some more brownie and ice cream from last night...
I hope I don't screw up my intake tooooo bad for some kind of loss in the am.
