Any thing you wish you could change about your new life? Ok now here are my answers: 1. Any big plans for the weekend/summer? Not really tonight going to see a band at the local bar we go to. Next weekend helping my friends celebrate their 25th wedding anniversary. 2. What is one thing that was different than you expected since your surgery?I never thought I would have to try clothes on now. But gotta love it! 3. Favorite summer dish? anything on the grill~! 4. Name a song that represents your life right now? Single White Female lol 5. Favorite place to shop? Areopostale or Maurices 6. Any thing you wish you could change about your new life? the loose skin~ get rid of it! Not to mention find a man that deserves me!!!! Well I am off to work here soon so have a great day! Good morning Suzette Good questions. I am having kind of a lazy day, just cleaning and such. Here are my answers! 1. Any big plans for the weekend/summer? Today we are going to my sister in laws for a family dinner to see his Aunt and Uncle who are in from England. (We have not seen them in 6 years) Next week is my daughter's high school graduation and then her boyfriends grad party directly after. This will definately be a busy summer with all the graduations and such. I am hopefully going to visit Anna too... 2. What is one thing that was different than you expected since your surgery? How good I feel about myself, and how everyone feels the need to comment. I do like the attention. 3. Favorite summer dish? I make a Pineapple picnic salad....cream chees, cool whip pineapples and sf pudding (all low fat or sf) 4. Name a song that represents your life right now? I'm not ready to make nice! 5. Favorite place to shop? I also like Aeropostale, Maurices and the hip stores (I have one pair of abercrombie jeans) 6. Chris, would you mind sharing your Pineapple picnic salad recipe? It sounds like something my girls would enjoy. Lisa

No problem everyone who has tried it loves it.....Even people who do not know I use low fat or sugar free....This is a double recipe for more than 4 people.... 2 cream cheese 8 oz each softened to room tempature..( I use one low fat and one reg) mix 2 cans crushed pineapple with juice and hand mixer.... 2 8 oz coolwhip lite mix in with a spoon/spatula 2 pks of sugar free pudding (just the powder) I have used the white chocolate, cheesecake flavor or the vanilla....MY favorite is the white chocolate or the cheesecake flavors...the vanilla gives it more of a yellow color..... 2 cans of well drained pineapple chunks.....the wetter the pineapple the juicier the salad so I let the pineapple drain in the strainer the whole time I am preparing it. Mix all together and refridgerate for a while..... Enjoy! I did try it with the strawberry cool whip and did not like it as much! Hugs Chris

Good questions, Suzette. 1. My big plans for the weekend/summer include sitting right here in my recliner and healing up from my surgery over the next six weeks. I'm not due back to wor****il July 30, so my summer is stretching ahead of me housebound (which isn't bad in the summertime in Texas heat). 2. I expected my self-esteem to automatically raise with the weight loss, however, I am still the fat girl in my head and I struggle with it. 3. I don't really have a favorite dish right now. 4. Can't think of a song 5. I am prone to Old Navy. :D 6. Can't think of one thing I would change right now - other than being patient with all the changes.

Hey there, We just finished up dinner, the kitchen is cleaned up and hubby is playing with the kids so I thought I'd come say hello! 1. Any big plans for the weekend/summer? ~ Weekend - cooking a nice dinner for hubby tomorrow for Father's Day ~ Summer - HAVING A BABY IN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS - not much besides Faith's arrival. 2. What is one thing that was different than you expected since your surgery? ~ Nothing that I can think of 3. Favorite summer dish? ~ Salad - mixed greens, spinach, beets, red peppers, tomatoes, garbanzo beans, cucumbers, carrots and homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. 4. I am praying for a new helper.

Evening Sue! Been working all day, just now being able to sit! 1. Any big plans for the weekend/summer? * My dad is having 2 Father's Day celebrations! My sister is working tonight and will be home tomorrow, and I am working tomorrow so won't be home in the evening. This summer is the start of fair season and my one year anniversary with Tommy! 2. What is one thing that was different than you expected since your surgery? * My mental health lol There has been such a crazy roller coaster of emotions this past 18 months and I'm just now getting a grasp on them. 3. Favorite summer dish? * Dude, I love food lol. That hasn't changed. I can eat nachos spring, fall, or summer! But, I went to a BBQ with Tommy last week and had the best food ever! 4. Name a song that represents your life right now? * "What We Gonna Do Now" By Joss Stone Featuring Common... its a love song that totally fits T and I! 5. Favorite place to shop? * The mall LOL! I LOVE the jewelry store called Icing... I have never been able to just buy whatever without a necklace extender, but I can pick up anything now and wear it! 6. Any thing you wish you could change about your new life? * I wish I had a better job lol! I can't wait to see your photos!
