Group 2 B2B Day 3!
Hey Hazel! How ya doing girlie? In the hopes to get back on track for my Skin Removal, I've totally increased my protein. Ya, I've slipped still... but I think the protein is still winning.
B- Some Vanilla Wafers (they're knock offs tho!) and Protein Shake (powder, strawberry, banana, soy milk)
L- Peanut Butter/No Sugar Added Jelly Sandwhich
S- Some more Wafers, Hansens Low Carb Peach Smoothie w/Protein
S- I got some chocolate soda at the 99 cent store! Its caff free and diet... trying it out with chocolate protein and some banana lol!
D- I dunno yet.... whatever my mommy makes
Even though I'm super high on the protein, I know I blew it with the carbs. That annoys me, but... I got the protein in right?
