Hiya Ladies..
Where the heck is April?? She must be taking a vacation or just busy working! Girl, I miss ya!
Well it's time to share your menus. It don't matter if your maintaining, doing B2B, protein train or whatever.. Just be accountable for what's been in your mouth today.
I've had a pretty busy day at work today and I'm tired! My mom are getting to go for a walk then I'm gonna spend the rest of the evening doing nothing. I hope everyone had a great day!
On The Menu:
Breakfast: Protein shake
Snack: 2 Saltine crackers w/ 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
Lunch: Tomato & Basil tuna kit and grapes
Snack: SF chocolate pudding cup
Dinner: 2 taco's w/ ground beef, cheese, red onions, lettuce, ff sour cream and salsa & couple bites of refried beans.
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
Protein: 91
Water: 50 oz so far
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 2 mile walk

Snack: Granola (Bear Naked), and grape tomatoes
Lunch: Tuna kit ate 1/2
Snack: Grape Tomatoes/Protein bar
Dinner: 2oz of Garlic Chicken (Lean Cuisine leftover) and spinach
Snack: Fruit w/Cool Whip Lite and Granola toppings
Protein: 60
Water: 3 liters
Vitamins: yep
Exercise: 1hr with trainer...about killed me!
ok as much as I dont want to admit what i ate today I will
B~ nada unless 3 cups of coffee count?
L ~ lunchables (small one)
S~ snacked on protein lol (pepperoni and cheese) (had to work tonight at Godfathers)
Protein~ so not enough
Water~ so not enough
Vitamins~ this morning
Exercise~ working 14 hours count?
Nite all~ time for bed!
