Paper or... Plastic?

I elect P-L-A-S-T-I-C! Yeah, that's right.. I said plastic, baby! I was approved and guess what! I'm having this skin cut off NEXT Thursday at 1pm PST. That is ONE Week from today- I am so excited/nervous/scared/anxious/crazy! My insurance covered the horizontal removal of the skin completely... but I have an upper panni too! Insurance didn't cover that due to it not being medically needed...so all I have to fork out is 4000! That's it! OMG, I am sooo the above lol. Oh.. the other incision is a vertical cut up the chest to bring in the skin and take off the top panni. So you ladies who've done the plastics and/or research on them plllease let me know what to ask or how to prepare. Right now I'm just crazy with emotions. With this, I probably won't be moving in August either... so that's something else weighing on my mind, but I can move later, right? Let's get this skin off first! So... wanted to shout to my sisters and brothers about my skin removal Gotta Get to work.... Jaci

Congratulations Jaci! that is fantastic news How awesome that you're getting it done so quickly too!! You can move anytime things will work out just fine. I have my appointment for PS consult on July 18th. I hope insurance will pay for mine! Hugs, Anna

I am so happy for you and envious as well. Don't know when or if I will ever get to have it done. I don't know if my insurance will cover it and them money I saved for it was used in careing for my daughter and her children. But I will keep you in my prayers. Hazel

Girl, LA is not moving anywhere soon...so get the plastics now!!! This way you can totally have it all behind you and be on your way to a totally new life in LA. I heard it can be pretty darn painful, but with beauty there is pain at times. I don't think there's really anything to prepare for, other than get some time off from work. My friend had her's done and tried to go back to work...bad move!!! She said to wait at least 2wks, and she was at a office job. So, I'd prepare work for the new transformation. Lucky you, I'll have to pay outright for all of mine...sucks!!! I'm thinking of getting the boobs done during Xmas. My friend is willing to loan me the money, he has saved up for Retirement and I just make payments to him...that's better than getting a loan at high interest...so I am going to take him up on it.
