Good morning! I am seriously losing my motivation to do the B2B. It is my fault, I know. But last weekend's idiocy has made it so that I am still only 164. I should be 162 or 161 by now! Anyhow...I am going to need your support today! I am off-site at another building and they have the BEST cafeteria. My building does not have one! I brought my chicken this morning but, when I went to the cafe to get my soda, I was bombarded with doughnuts, pastries, bagels, croissants...AND I WANT THEM! I kept on walking but I am so scared that I will not have the discipline to not pick something up during the morning!! At any rate, this is what I am PLANNING on eating today... Breakfast: 3 oz. chicken Snack: New-Whey Protein Vial Lunch: 3 oz. chicken Snack: New-Whey Protein Vial Dinner: Lentils My totals will be **approximately**... Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein 619 /14 / 15 / 105 Water: None so far but I will definitely drink at least 50 oz (of water) and God knows how much Diet Coke! Vitamins: Check! Exercise: Probably will be running around with my son at the park and playing frisbee with my husband again. That seems to be our new nightly ritual! Have a great day, everyone! Love, Jersey

Jersey, Back away from the carbs - they are evil! However, having said that - you have done so well in your journey! Don't forget that part - you are no longer obese and have such a better life now - think back - if you were your previous weight now, would you have gone to the park and ran around with Jersey Boy and Jersey Hubby? Hello Jersey, Thank you for keep posting. You are doing awesome. I really fell behind this weekend with vitamins and food. Starting Friday I went out to eat with my family and had a glass of wine and then it all went down hill from there. I have done well with exercise running Fri, Sat, Mon and Tues. Today is a new day for me and I am trying really hard. I will post tonight or tomorrow on what I ate.

You are doing awesome, I am a flake I had some pretzles and the dreaded corn nuts last night ....hoping to do better today yesterday I had: 2 sf lates 1 small bag of pretzles chopped saled and 1/4 cup chicken soup goldfish pretzles aboutr 1/2 cup corn nuts about 1/2 a bag no isopure good on water and vits Tori

Hey Jersey, I hope to stuck to your planned menu today. I know how hard it is to stick to plans then go to work and see sweets! It happened to me today. They are so petite but always bringing sweets in. I have got to say NO, NO, NO!!!! On my menu.. Breakfast: Adkins Advantage protein bar .. (walmart marked these down to 50 cents.. I've tasted better but for that price and 17 grams of protein, I cant complain) Snack: Carb/sugar control yogart Lunch: Small peice of lasagua &grapes Snack: 1/2 a glazed donut.. I ate half then felt gulity so I threw the rest away. Dinner: Grilled turkey pattie w/ cheese & small salad Snack: Protein shake Protein: 108 Water: 44 oz so far Exercise: nope Vitamins: on track HAve a nice evening, Kay

Jersey, today is the final day of b2b....Day 10! I think you did wonderful! Be proud of what you have accomplished! I am proud of you....Anyway I did so/so today: Here is what I had: coffee protein 40 gr Chili with cheese sf jello with strawberries and ff cool whip... 1 cheese stick 2 chicken wings and a handfull of swedish fish Isopure drink 40gr protein... vitamins in water 60 oz exercise:none Hugs Chris
