Second B2B Group Day #1

My day is starting now... I work over night Mondays and Tuesdays... so just got up from my "nap" hahahaha! Please join Hazel and I as we gain control back in our hectic lives! My Menu... Monday 8pm PST-Tuesday 6PST lol is that less 24 hours? -Drinking some Fresca right now.. its amazing, no caff or sugar anything and tastes lke sprite! So....... I'll have: Some Grilled Chicken at Jack with some cheese for dinner Monday Home from Work: Protein Shake- 6 oz soy milk, powder, peanut butter Breakfast T: 1 egg, 1 slice ham, 1 slice cheese (Breakfast Jack sans bun) Lunch T: Question? Sleeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeep When I wake up I'll have another shake before going to class at 7pm See why its so hard for me to plan on mondays and Tuesdays! ahahahahha! Jaci So Far Totals Are ( I use Mydailyplate.com) : Cals: 779 Protein: 92 Carbs: 22 Fat: 35 Sugar: 13 Exercise: Work @ Jack 10p-6a, go to gym at school: 1 mile tread, circuit weights Monday Weight: 220
