Back to Basics - June 11, 2007
Good morning!
Well, I fell (and crashed and burned) off the B2B wagon. And while my weight today is fully expected I am still a little mad at myself. That is okay, though, I am back on the wagon as of right now!
So here is my menu plan for today...
Breakfast: 3 oz. chicken
Snack: New-Whey Protein Vial
Lunch: 3 oz. chicken
Snack: New-Whey Protein Vial
Dinner: Maybe some lentils, maybe nothing...we will see. I actually ate so much this weekend that I am not hungry today so far. That is unusual for me because I am normally very hungry when I wake up.
Anyhow, totals will be **approximately**...
Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein
619 /14 / 15 / 105
Water: None so far but I will definitely drink at least 50 oz (of water) and God knows how much Diet Coke!
Vitamins: Check!
Exercise: Probably not. Sticking with honesty!

Good for you for getting back on track. I get wayyy off track on the weekends too! I have such control all week but its' like I go food crazy on the weekends. I need to work on that. I didn't do to bad today except my protein is a little lower than normal.
Anyway, here's my menu for today...
Breakfast: 1/2 a wheat bagel w/ ff cream cheese & a turkey sausage pattie
Snack: Carb/Sugar control yogart
Lunch: Tuna kit & grapes
Snack: cheese
Dinner: Small peice of lasagna & salad
Snack: protein shake
Protein~ 87
Vitamins~ on track
Exercise~ work?
Water~52 oz so far

I did not desert you lovely ladies on the back to basics plan.....I did not have a computer yesterday so I had to go out and buy a new one as mine crashed. Hopefully it can be fixed and still used!

coffee with 40 gr protein
cottage cheese with fruit....
small chili with cheese.....
bowl of sf jello with strawberries and lite topping
sf popsicle..
