Today is day 7....how did you do? I didn't do too bad and even managed to walk 2 miles... Here's my menu: coffee with 40 gr protein 2 cheese sticks handful of cashews 1 banana Isopure protein drink... 1/4 cup tuna fish and slice of cheese..... I walked 2 miles had atleast 69 oz water all vitamins.... Hope all did well. Hugs Chris

Sunday, June 10, 2007. B2B... Back to (wanting to) Barf Back to Binging Back to Being a BIG FAT PIG! I SWORE I would be good today. I SO WASN'T. It started this morning. My MIL made stuffed roti for breakfast. I could not resist. Well, okay, I could but I didn't. Then I was absent-mindedly eating bites of my sons waffles as I was feeding him. It all went downhill from there! Graham crackers, Triscuits (all the things I craved last week), a warm pretzel from Subway, more crap...and some Indian food for dinner that, AFTER I ate some, my husband said to me, "be careful...that is high in sugar." Greaaat. At this point, I figured...what the hell...I will have a little ice cream. But my body decided it was craving watermelon for its swan song before getting back to the B2B. So here I am...eating a rather large bowl of watermelon. I dread the scale tomorrow. Although nothing will shock me I KNOW I will be bummed. And, again, I felt so different this weekend. I was energetic and awake all last week. This weekend I was blah and nauseous much of the time. So...it is back to the B2B for me tomorrow...until I make goal...even if I have to stick with the B2B next weekend! Hope you all did better than I did!! Love and hugs, Jersey Mom

Hey Chris Our neighborhood had their annual pool party/ bbq so I was there all day. They had sooo much food! My eating is bad but could of been a lot worse. They cooked non stop all day! My carb filled menu: B~ 1 hb egg, Slice of toast, few bananna slices and 1 orange wedge. L~ Shredded bbq pork sammy minus the top bun & few bites each of slaw and baked beans and few cheetoes S~ 1 No bake pb cookie, 1/2 thin slice of pound cake D~ Small peice of Lasagna and salad S~ 3 hersey kisses I'm sooo stuffed! Vitamins: on track Exercise: swimming Water: only about 32 oz but lots of diet coke Kay
