Nice job everyone!

Hi guys. I was just reading and checking in on how everyone is doing. This board sure slowed down a lot. Can you even believe we are all 1 1/2 years post now? Wow, what a different life. Anyway, I'm glad to see everyone is still going strong. I have stopped losing since about last October. I'm not gaining, just fluctuating within about 10 lbs. I need to get re-motivated again and that's what brought me back to OH. I WILL not allow myself to gain weight. I don't mind fluctuating between 10 lbs, but I woudl rather move that 10 lbs down to a different weight range. I am down to about 200 (195-205) lbs. I started at 332. My life is amazing now. What a change! Amusement parks-roller coasters, Airline seats, back seat seatbelts, lawn chairs, etc. It is hard to believe that was my life before. It is nice not to hide out so much. I can now look forward to reunions and special events. Isn't it amazing how you see a morbidly obese person now and you just want to hug them and "save their life?" I smile just a bit bigger at these people. I know what they feel. We all do. I hope everyone has a great weekend. I am going to try to get focused here, and I'm so glad to see that there is still 1/06 support board. It's even better seeing how great everyone is doing. Lisa

I agree 100%! This board is my favorite- I think the time/etc really bonds me to all of you. Although our lives/#s lost/locations vary, our journey has been all the sweeter because of the sharing. Thank you everyone. cj
