Whatcha eatin Friday??
Hey everyone! Just wanted to post early because I have to join the workforce once again today! I work all weekend, have off a day, and then work 2 more. I'm gonna be beat by the end of next week. Jersey Mom is really inspiring me with her weight loss! I'm trying to stick to my guns and I'm trying to decrease my carb intake a bit. But anyhoo...here's my menu:
B- 2 egg omelet w/ RF cheese and ham, 1 choc chip waffle w/lite butter
L- 3 oz. salmon, salad w/cucumbers, RF cheese, few chinese noodles, RF asian vinagrette
S- 1/2 scoop protein w/ CC choc milk, 1/2 New Whey vial sometime in between
D- made some chicken and I'll have some spinach souffle
S- SF pudding and some baby carrots
Exercise: jogged 15 mins, bike for 20 mins
Vitamins: didn't take em yet
Fluids: 24 oz. only so far...

Hiya April TGIF It's been a long week!
We were non stop at work today and i'm happy it's over!!!!! It is so hard working around people who talk about how good caferteria food is but I didn't give in.
On my menu:
B~ Ham, Egg and cheese sammy from BK, minus the top bun
S~ Cheese stick
L~ Tomato & Basil tuna kit and carb/sugar control yogart
D~ Italian turkey sausage link & 1 scrambled egg
S~ SF chocolate pudding cup w/ 1/2 scoop of protein mixed in.
I'm going out tonight so I will probably have 1 or 2 alchocolic beverages as well.. nothing sweet and I use diet coke.
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: none
Water: 42 oz so far
