Good morning! Another good day yesterday...almost perfect with a little snag at dinnertime. My MIL dropped a roti on my plate (roti is an Indian flat bread made from wheat flour and cooked on an iron griddle). She makes them while we eat so they are nice and hot. They are seriously addictive. They are very thin and not very large (I would say they are the diameter of a pita...but nowhere near as thick) and they are made from wheat but I did not plan on eating ANY bread. I was starving last night, though, so that, combined with not wanting to offend my MIL by turning it down, I ate it. And, well, when she talked me into another one, I just did not want to seem rude. Aside from that, though, another good day on the B2B (good meaning I did not cheat...not good meaning I did not suffer the entire day!!). Here are today's stats... Here is today's menu Breakfast: 3 oz. chicken Snack: New-Whey Protein Vial Lunch: 3 oz. chicken Snack: New-Why Protein Vial Dinner: Not sure. It is my MIL's birthday today so I don't really expect her to cook (I will try to make it so that she doesn't). I will TRY to have 3 oz. of some kind of chicken but, again, that is up in the air. Plus, I ordered a cake for her from Dairy Queen (made with no sugar added ice cream BUT it has the fudge and crunchies in the middle) and I am not sure I WON'T have a small piece... Anyhow, based on my uncertainty at dinner, I will inflate my totals to be **approximately**... Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein 800 /25 / 10 / 122 I am figuring 25 gr. of fat in case I have a lick of cake...and am adding carbs for that same reason...otherwise, without the cake, my carb amount would be zero. Water: None so far but I will definitely drink at least 50 oz (of water) and God knows how much Diet Coke! Vitamins: Check! Exercise: Probably not. Sticking with honesty! Oh! And the scale read 163.0!!! I should have taken my undies off...maybe it would have read 162.something! At any rate, I am at my lowest weight and THREE LBS FROM GOAL!! Whoo hoo! AWESOME FOR YOU !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thursday I had !!!!! 2 sf latees 1/2 cup of almonds 1/2 cup curry chicken 5 slices of lemon chili mango (bad bad bad my favorite) 1/4 chicken and cottage cheese Isopure GREAT ON VITS AND WATER HAVE AN AWESOME WEEKEND... TORI

Hello again, looks like we are headed in the right direction..... Today I had coffee with 40 gr protein salad for lunch (1 small bread stick) cottage cheese chicken shrimp protein drink (Isopure) 1 small cookie I did move my bowels though today tmi I know I walked the relay for life with my sister who is a breast cancer SURVIVOR 69 oz water Hugs, Chris
