Back to Basics - June 7, 2007
Good morning!
Another day of intense suffering paid off. The scale read 164.8! I am approximately 4 lbs from goal!! WHOO HOO!! I know me...I will probably not continue this B2B over the weekend and may end up a couple lbs on Monday...but that is okay. I will start again on Monday and continue until I reach goal! My goal is to get to 160 (my ideal body weight for my height) by my birthday and it looks like that just might happen!
Last night I went out to dinner and was so good! I normally cannot resist when I go out but I stuck with the lobster and some steamed green beans. And I enjoyed it! Go figure!
Okay...here are today's stats...
Here is today's menu
Breakfast: 1 egg/1 tablespoon cheddar cheese/1 tablespoon diced tomatoes
Snack: New-Whey Protein Vial
Lunch: 3 oz. chicken
Snack: New-Why Protein Vial
Dinner: I think I will be having some chicken again tonight. Not sure what sauce my MIL uses (but it is GOOD). I know it is healthy, too, but I do not know the nutritional value.

Water: None so far but I will definitely drink at least 50 oz (of water) and God knows how much Diet Coke!

Exercise: Probably not. Gunna be honest here!

I did good yesterday to no crunchy carbs......I will weigh on Monday, it will keep me good over the weekend knowing that the Scale is looming..........

1 SF Latte
1/4 cup chicken and 1/4 cup cottage cheese
1/4 cup Almonds
1/4 cup Almonds
2 Cheese Sticks
Isopure
All my vits and all my water

Jersey, you are doing so well.. Keep up the great work! Have faith that you will have just as much control over the weekend. The weekends are so hard. That's when I do all my damage. I'm not doing the B2B but wanted to up my protein and stay away from carbs. I had carbs and my protein is not at high as I would like it to be. lol
On My Menu:
Breakfast: 2 Ham & Cheese roll up
Snack: 2 tbsp. of peanut butter
Lunch: Salad.. ham, cheese, cucumbers, onions, hb egg and lite ranch
Snack: Small peach
Dinner: Grilled thick cut pork chop and a wheat roll
Snack: Protein hot chocolate
Protein: 86
Exercise:none
Vitamins: on track
Water: 50 oz so far..

Hello Everyone,
Today was a much better day food wise.
Breakfast: chicken sausage and a few bites of Danon Lite and Fit Yogurt
Snack: Pork rinds
Lunch: Chicken burger with lettuce, cheese dab of mayo, mustard
Dinner: same as lunch
I also snacked on peperoni and had a few potato chips
Also had 2 lattes with splenda and skim milk
Water: Check
Vitamins:
Exercise: I finally got my butt out this morning @ 6 am and ran for 50 minutes
Good evening.....
I did pretty good today. I woke up and weighed in at 136 which is 3 pounds less than Monday. So I was pleased....
I Had
coffee with 40 gr protein
1 slice turkey
3 cheese sticks
2/3 of a smallbowl of Wendy's Chili with cheese....
1/4 c cashews
Isopure drink with 40 gr protein.....
I had loads of water....
I walked 2 miles....
