Whatcha eat Wednesday?!
Okay, so for some odd reason, I keep thinking it's Thursday! Not yet..not yet. Just wanted to post really fast. Gotta go to work of course. Guess I can't complain too much. I haven't been to work since last Thursday night. The joy of being a nurse! I've been doing good with food the past couple of days. I can't do the PB, so I won't even attempt to do it! Last time I tried I passed out! I need carbs in my system. I work out too much sometimes and i need 'em. And just FYI...Turkey Hill ice cream has low carbs and low sugar compared to other ice creams. And I'm talking about regular ice cream.....not LF or NSA. I bought some for my parents because it was on sale, and I just happpened to look at the nutrition values. Not bad! So here's my menu:
LNS: few spoonfuls of butter pecan ice cream
B- 1 c. cheerios w/8 oz. 1% milk, 1/2 scoop protein
L- 1 chicken tender w/ salad and RF french dressing
S- I'll have a protein shake before work
D- salad w/ 2 oz. RF feta, cucumbers and RF balsamic vinagrette
Exercise: took a break today! I'm sore
Vitamins: i'll take em before work
Fluids: 40 oz. so far....

Hey April. I won't be posting until next week after today. I'm going out of town tomorrow and won't be home until Sunday evening.
Here's what I had to eat:
B: SF yogurt w/ bare naked granola
S: AchievOne Mocha java
L: 1/2 c Chicken Salad, few chips, 3/4 c tortilla soup, then later some apple crisp
S: protein coffee
D: low carb tortilla and carne guisada, maybe some beans
S: ??

I had a good day today. Nothing really to complain about.
On the menu:
B~ 1 HB egg
S~ Carb/sugar control yogart
L~ Tomato & Basil tuna kit and string cheese
S~ Handful of grapes
D~ Salad.. grilled chicken, ham, cheese, cucumbers, carrots, onions and lite ranch
S~ Nothing.. I'm full from dinner and I'm going to bed early.
Protein: low today
Vitamins: done
Exercise: work
Water: 66 oz so far..
