Tuesday's Menu
Hi all! Nothing exciting today to report. Went to the gym today and my PT kicked my arse! But it was a great workout. I went to STEP class before I met up with him, so it was a double whammy. I'm gonna be sore tomorrow! Did good with eating today so far. I'm not weighing myself until the first of July....hope I can hold off that long! Here's my menu:
B- 1 scram egg w/RF cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1 mini bagel w/FF cream cheese
L- cobb salad...i've had better!
S- 42g protein vial...the taste is, but I drink 1/2 now and the other later and with a chaser!
D- we're havin burgers and dogs!
Exercise: 45 mins STEP class, 1 hr. w/trainer
Vitamins: need calcium and B12
Fluids: 48 oz. so far...i need more. I sweat alot today!

Today was my first day on the job and I really liked it. I'm just sleepy cause I stayed up too late.
On the menu:
B~ 3 strips of turkey bacon and carb/sugar control yogart
L~ Lean cuisine low carb dinner.. steak and broccoli
S~ Carb/sugar control yogart
D~ Salad.. grilled chicken, cheese, cucumbers, red onions, bacon bits and lite italian dressing. YUMMY
S~ Protein shake.
Protein: 98
Execise: thinking about April exercising
Water: 46 oz so far
Vitamins: on track.
