Good morning! Okay...I SUFFERED yesterday. I mean...really, really suffered! I was hungry and a little cranky. But it paid off because I dropped 2 lbs overnight (no way can I NOT weigh myself!). I did end up eating about 2 oz. of lentils when I got home last night before my GYN appt. So my totals were roughly this... Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein 619 /14 / 15 / 105 Holy crap...lentils REALLY add carbs, don't they? Hmm...maybe I will have to find something else to eat at night. I had zero carbs until dinner. Ah well...still not bad, right? Here is today's menu (looks JUST like yesterday's, right? I am so boring when I do the B2B): Breakfast: 3 oz. chicken Snack: New-Whey Protein Vial Lunch: 3 oz. chicken Snack: New-Why Protein Vial Dinner: For lack of thinking of anything different, I will say lentils again. My MIL makes a different form of them every night (and they are ALL soo good!) Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein 619 /14 / 15 / 105 Water: Um, none so far...but I did have 20 oz. yesterday Vitamins: Check! Exercise: None yesterday and, most likely, none today. I really hurt my back last weekend doing yard work. I almost never have lower back pain so I am suffering a bit. Have a great day, everyone!

Way to go jERSEY..... I did well yesterday with everything but ended up staying at 139! I am having alot of abdominal pain so I am off to see my surgeon today. When you had your abdominal problems where was your pain? Mine is off to the left just below my ribs..... Hugs Chris

Hey Chris: I am so sorry to hear about your pain. I am *very* glad that you are going to your surgeon. Do you have your gallbladder? That sounds like a likely culprit (if you still have it, that is!). My pain was right at my belly button...dead center. The pain ended up radiating towards my ribs. And the pain was unbearable. Good morning Jersey... I did not forget to post.....I ended up ging to the hospital for an upper GI after speaking with my doctor. They made me drink this very fizzy stuff and then follow it with Barium...The fizzy stuff really hurt my stomach. My doctor scheduled me to see him Thursday at 1pm. My stomach still hurts and I am bloated. As women, we know we must keep ging or things do not get done. Right? Today is Brittany's softball banquet (I am the president of her team and have lots to do, and it is mine and John's 20th wedding anniversary) So here is what I had: coffee with 40 protein 1/4 cup tuna, 1 cheese stick, 3 small pieces of bbq chicken bites, 1 slice f cheese, another coffee with protein 40 gr. I walked a little at the mall looking for a dress for Brittany to wear for tonight..... Hugs and thanks for caring... Chris

Jersey, Yes I am getting the results Thursday, the pain is still there and sometimes it hurts more than others times. It is very tender to touch! I am still bloated too. I do not have by gallbladder anymore....it was removed in 1999....I am guessing it has something to do with my bowels because when I gently massage the area my stomach makes lots of noises. Working over night is a real bummer... today I slept from 8-5:30pm! I was exhausted! I had a cheeseburger without the top bun at work. I just had a tny bowl of cereal to fill my tummy. I'll probably have naouther burger for dinner after clas tonight. Talk about boring!

Hello Everyone, Im struggling with this but found today to be somewhat easier. I hadnt realized how much I was eating. Breakfast: Turkey and cheese Lunch: Chicken salad and lettuce Snack: Chicken Jerky- I don't care for jerky but it is full of protein and filling Dinner: Chicken Snack: Sugar Free Fat Free Frozen Yogurt w. sugar free hot fudge I also had about a hand full of grapes and walking out of work today they were having dinner and I grabbed a piece of chicken w/ barbecue sauce. Water: Yes Vitamins: Yes Exercise : No- I will exercise Thursday, Friday and Saturday. I am usually pretty good about exercise but just couldnt get myself motivated the last two days. Tomorrow I wont have time b/c I have an internship from 7-1:30 and work 2-10. Good luck to everyone!
