Monday's Munchies...let's start anew!
Hi all. Hope everyone had a great weekend. Mine was busy but fun, so I'm just hanging around today. I know some folks are starting the protein buster, and some other folks are going back to basics. Feel free to post your menu here. Here's my menu today:
B- 1 pk. grits, 2 oz. lite SPAM
S- 1/2 42g New Whey vial
L- 2 pork medallions, broccoli, 1/2 sm. baked potato
S- I might have a protein drink or something
D- dunno yet...mom made pork chops
Exercise: 1 hr. at gym
Vitamins: takin em now
Fluids: 48 oz. so far....

Hey girl.
Today was my day to get back to basics BUT i had an upset stomach all morning and afternoon due to my lack of chocolate control so I'm starting tomorrow. I start working tomorrow so I'm gonna plan my eating day out. Lets just hope I can stick to it.
On to my crappy menu:
B: 5 saltine crackers
L: 5 saltine crackers .. they made my stomach feel better.
S: 5 saltine crackers and 1 slice of cheese
D: Grilled turkey pattie w/ cheese
S: Protein shake
I also drank 2 cans of diet root beer today.
Vitamins: I'll do that now...
Exercise: nope
Water: 50 oz so far

Breakfast: SF Yogurt and Bare naked granola (1/4 c)
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
S: AchievOne Mocha Java
L: Tuna/Tomato/Pasta Salad & later Powercrunch bar
S: Protein coffee, 12 m & m's
D: 1 roll w/ EVOO dip, 1 buffalo chicken tenders, baked , 3/4 c lima beans
S: trail mix
vitamins: done
liquids: 120 oz.
protein: 110 g+ protein
