Good morning! Since I did not see a B2B post yet this morning, I figured I would get it started! I am so glad to be doing this. My weight has been fluctuating for a couple of months now and I will like to see it go DOWN for a while without coming back up. So I know I NEED to do this B2B! I am going to try to be ultra-strict for the first couple of days...kind of like Body Boot Camp! Let's kick some butt with this, ladies! Here is today's menu: Breakfast: 3 oz. chicken (really! More satifying to me than eggs) Snack: New-Whey Protein Vial Lunch: 3 oz. chicken (thrilling, huh) Snack: New-Why Protein Vial Dinner: Probably will not have dinner tonight...I have my annual OB/GYN appt. Calories/Fat/Carbs/Protein 517 /12 / 0 / 98 Water: Um, none so far. Vitamins: Check! Exercise: None so far...I plan on doing SOMETHING, though Have a great day, everyone!

Good Luck w/ B2B, Jersey. Your menu sounds great.. I KNOW you will stick with it. My plan was to start today but I haven't had much to eat today. Last night I was dumb and ate a snickers mini candy bar and was sick for hours. I woke up with a major tummy ache. I'll post my menu later.. Kay

I am going to do good, I started a little notebook for the next 10 days it helps if I write it down. I am not the best planner...So not sure what I will have I brought almonds and a yogurt to snack on and I will eat the protein part of the special in our cafe. I will post tonight before I go to bed. Good evening ladies....I am impressed I was able to stick to the back to basics menu.... Today I had 1 scrambled egg with cheese..... 32 oz of coffee with 2 scoops of protein (40 gr prtein) 1 small bowl of refried beans...... 1 small Wendy's chili (17 Gr protein) 3 thin slices of turkey...... 1 handfull of cashews..... 1 20 Isopure protein drink.... (40gr protein) I had 80 oz water I walked 2 miles Prtein 97 grams plus more... 1 day down 9 to go! Hugs Chris

I just got back from a vacation and it was a day delayed... I'm starting the B2B tomorrow though! Keep it up Jersey gal!

I only did ok : 1 sf latte 1/4 cup almonds a few pecans, 1/4 curry chicken yogurt & cottage cheese, 1/2 cup total I broke down and had 1/4 cup of granola at 4:45 2 cheese sticks and a few bites of steak from last night Good on water and vits, I am starting my Isopure now.. HAVE A GOOD EVENING TORI

Hello Ladies, I am going to join in this time around. I have been making horrible food choices and have gained about fifteen pounds since January. I finally got on the scale yesterday and weighed in at 141.5. Im posting today because I didn't have a chance last night. So on Monday I ate: Breakfast: ham and cheese Snack: sf jello and sf cool whip Lunch: pork chop Snack: sf pudding and sf cool whip Dinner: I struggled because I was at a baby shower: I had the inside of a turkey and cheese sandwhich w/ a bite of bread and a spoon full of potato salad Snack: pepperoni and cheese. I didn't do vitamins which I vow to do today and I didnt get all my water in. Also no exercise- it was raining hard and I run.
