Fridays Menu!!
It's late and I know the board is slow on Friday to Sunday but I'll post this anyway. April must be sleep for work or working!
On my menu:
B~ Nothing
L~ 1/2 Ribeye steak, 1/2 side salad, 1/2 baked potato & 1/2 a roll
S~ small pack of peanuts
S~ 1 reeses peanut butter cup.. made my tummy hurt!
D~ Rest of my lunch but no roll
S~ 1/2 C. NSA chocolate ice cream
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: shopping and 2 mile walk
Water: 44 oz so far

I am sick w/ sinus crud. I ate what I felt like, nothing really tasted good.
B: protein coffee & 2 c LF buttermilk
S: 3 SF cookies
L: protein coffee
S: 2 sF cookies & 1 c LF buttermilk
S: 3/4 c NSA ice cream
D: tomato soup w/ LF milk and a few croutons
I did take my vitamins and got in 88 oz+ of liquids!
