Gonna be a bad food day

I have eaten cottage cheese/cereal/apple sauce like every morning. Then I drank 20oz of morning spark once I got to work.....oh, while eating cheese ritz bits. I also have had 2 snack candy bars....and it is only 10:30am. I need to get back to basics/on the protein train. Help....................WM

We all have these days. Just hop on the train and tell yourself that you ARE gonna do better. It's so hard for me to eat right on the weekends becasue I'm out so much. I know it sounds like an excuse but I'm just keeping it real. It's 3:00 and I have not eaten a thing. When I do that, I end up eating too much the rest of the day! When will I ever learn???
