This board is slowww lately. Where the heck is everyone. I'm gonna post this early, April, since I'm sitting here doing nothing. Karla is out floating down a river so it's gonna be just you and me posting unless someone else feels like sharing. On the menu: B~ "Pure protein" protein bar L~ Hotdog w/ chili and cheese.. ate only half the bun & handful of baked cheetoes S~ Thin slice of raspberry pound cake D~ Grilled chicken wing and salad w/ FF thousand island S~ Protein shake Not the best eating day and my protein is low! I need to do better. Water: only 30 oz BUT had plenty of diet coke today. bad me! Exercise: none Vitmains: on track Later, Kay Ok, who's next..

Okay, Kay...I will add my confession...I mean, menu! Breakfast: 3/4 of an egg and cheese croissanwich and 1/4 of a 99 cent bag of Cracker Jacks. Lunch: Hot dog and handful of fries with ketchup. Snack: 2 bags of 100-Calorie Chips Ahoy and several bites of a cake that was so sweet it made me ill. Oh, and 1 Tootsie Roll Pop. Dinner: Who knows...maybe the entire kitchen? Water: NONE. I had two 36 oz. cups of Diet Soda. Vitamins: Check! Go me! Exercise: Hahahahahaha. I SUCK! Okay...I am starting the protein buster...tomorrow! I cannot believe I am admitting that this is what I have eaten today...ugh! Hugs, Jersey

I'll be next............. Breakfast - three Wheat Thins and a can of Diet Coke Snack - Diet Coke Lunch - Protein shake and Diet Coke Snack - Diet Coke Dinner - who knows - probably something on the grill (but it will include Diet Coke) - LOL Snack - Popcorn and you guessed it...........DIET COKE This is probably why I currently weigh 123 pounds - 12 pounds UNDER everyone's goal for me......... I did get my vitamins in at lunch time. I have been AWFUL about exercise...in fact my BowFlex has an inch of dust on it..... I'm on my way home to the 'hound pound'.............. Rose from PA

Hi Kay, I'm just about getting ready to leave work. It is 87 degrees outside & ready to enjoy the sunshine. Here is my menu: B~Muscle Milk Light Protein Shake (25 grams) L~2% Fage Greek Yogurt w/Barenaked Low Sugar Granola on top, 1 banana S~Popcorn D~Either grilled chicken w/veggies or a Gardenbuger w/veggies S~SF Pudding or a few Teddy Graham Oatmeal Cookies (So Good) Have a good night Ladies, Carly

Thanks for posting, girl. This board has been veerryy sllllooowww lately. I don't know if people are in lurkmode or people have just forgotten about us. Don't forget about us!!! But I'm off to work tonight for another exciting night...serious sarcasm. Last night I had a patient that I felt like I was gonna bop on the head any minute! Sometimes it gets like that! But here's my menu: 1/2 ham n cheese sammy, some carrots w/ drsg, 2 bites of rice Light n Fit yogurt, 100 cal pack cheez-its some grapes 3/4 c. cottage cheese, some mandarin oranges, few FF pringles new Raspberry protein shake...tastes okay repacked my salad from yesterday's dinner...had tacos instead Fluids: don't wanna confess! vitamins: need calcium and B12 Exercise: none today but need to get on it! I think that's why I've been sluggish April

I actually came back Monday evening, but had to start working Tuesday from 7 am to 5 pm and am worn out! I'll try to start posting soon. I do think of ya'll every time I put stuff in my mouth that I shouldn't! Karla
