Tuesday's Menu
Hope everyone's holiday was great! All I did was go to barbeques all weekend. Spent some time with family and friends all weekend. For some reason I haven't been having much of an appetite. Been getting in my protein through shakes but haven't been eating much food. I still have until July to lose my 15 lbs., but I haven't weighed in a month and I won't be probably until a month from now. I want to be surprised! But anyway...here's my menu:
B- cheese snack, 2 saltines, 3 strawberries
S- 1/2 Blueberry donut
L- fish sandwich- bottom half of bun; sm. order onion rings
S- protein shake
D- I'm packing a salad for later
Exercise: nada
Vitamins: need to take 'em
Fluids: 52 oz. so far....

Hey April.
I had a good holiday weekend too! I went to the beach with my friend then Monday spent the day at the lake with my family. I started orientation today so most of my day was at the hospital!
On the menu:
B~ 1/2 a bagel w/ ff cream cheese and 1 HB egg
L~ 1 c. italian sausage soup & side salad
S~ 1 oatmeal raisin cookie & 2 strawberries
D~ 1 bbq pork rib & baked beans
S~ watermelon
very low on protein today.
Water: 62 oz so far..
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: nope
