Hi guys, I know that I have not been on here in forever.I do lurk sometimes though. all is well here. I started at 284 and now I hover around 165. I know that it is a huge accomplishment but I would really like to be closer to 140. My main concern is the ammount of food that I can consume in one sitting. I would like to hear how much you can eat. Sample meal for me; at "Panera Bread" I can eat an entire sandwich with 2 pieces of bread and 2 slices of turkey, a cup of hearty chicken noodle soup and an apple. WHAT ABOUT YOU>

Hi Valerie, I would be able to eat the sandwich & apple but the soup with it. That would be to much for me. Are you exercising & getting enough water? Carly

I would be able to eat the turkey and maybe half the apple depending on how big the slices of turkey. No bread - no soup. I know I am unique - I still have 'amount' of food issues. Rose from PA

The amount of food I can eat now suprises me too! I could eat an entire sandwich and MAYBE a couple apple slices. Bread and pasta fill me up quick! I try to avoid bread because it fills me up but I don't stay full long. I went to Jason's deli the other day and I ate 1/2 sandwich with a lot of meat minus the top bread, cup of broccoli & cheese soup and 1 big strawberry. I was stuffed. Kay

Hi Val! Can you at that everyday? For me... its a viscious cycle...some days I'd probably be able to down that over a priod of time, ya know? Some days I'd barely be able to get the meat down without getting full so fast!

No sandwich, just a few bites of the Turkey maybe 1/2 apple...if lucky but that's about it for me. No bread, no soup. I'm really restricted with the band, so it keeps my amount of eating really down. Kelli 370/155/130

I'd eat the turkey - and would have added cheese. Then I'd pick at the crust of the bread as it fills me up quickly and has little nutritional value. No soup but half the apple.

We've shared meals together so you know that I can eat. But it depends on what. I would be able to eat the soup and probably the sandwich minus the bread and 86 the apple. Now if it were chips and salsa, I could eat the whole basket and want more

Hey, Want to get together for lunch on the 4th of June? I can eat - and eat - and eat. For lunch we went to CiCi's Pizza. I love that place - we fed our family of 6 for 11.23. Anyway, I ate a salad - about 3/4 cup of salad mix, 2 cherry tomatoes, a few mushrooms, 2 baby carrots, then had pizza, I eat the bottom 1/2 where the crust is thin - I ate 4 pieces of the bottom half and then the topping from the top half. The pizza had spinach, onion, mushroom, tomato, chicken and extra cheese. For desert I had a brownie - the whole thing.

I can only eat 1/2 a sandwich at a time. There's no way I could eat the soup and the apple as well. On some days I can eat the whole sandwich but not often.
