TGIF!
Hi all! Friday's here and it's hot outside! I work tonight and Saturday night, so the weekend isn't really a weekend for me. But on Sunday morning, I'm gonna drive up to my parents house for a few days. I think we're having a big BBQ on Sunday. Anyone have any interesting plans for the holiday/weekend?? I know it's early, but just wanted to post since I work tonight. Here's my menu:
B- 2 oz. Lite Spam, scram. egg, half mini bagel w/FF cream cheese; some protein coffee a while later
L- RF bologna and cheese on 1 slice Jewish rye, few chips (mmmm hmmm!), Light n Fit yougurt
S- I'll have another protein coffee
D- leftovers from yesterday
Exercise: took a break today..slept in
Vitamins: I'll get to them!
Fluids: 40 oz. so far....

I've had a good day today. I had to run a few errands this morning and went to Kristina's award ceramony for their last day of school. Now I'm just checking the boards before I head off to the beach.
My menu:
B: 1 slice of wheat toast and 3 strips of turkey bacon
S: Carb/sugar control yogart
L: Chicken parm. lean pocket
D: we are going my fav. resurant on the beach and i always order the low carb rib plate... Pork ribs with light sauce on side, side salad and steamed broccoli.
S: probably ice cream. I usually get the NSA chocolate
Protien: didn't count but it's low
Water: 30 oz so far..
Exercise: walking and swimming later
Vitamins: on track
