Whatcha eatin today??!!
One more day till Friday...I'm sure everyone can't wait. Not much going on in my neck of the woods. Went to the gym this morning, and my thighs are killing me! I think I'm gonna take a little break tomorrow. I went running yesterday, so I think that's why they hurt so much, but the best thing to do is run past the pain! But that...I won't be doing. I'm actually getting a few days with my trainer because i've been slacking on the weights, so I need a refresher. But my eating has been good the past few days. I hope to keep it since I'll be going back to work tonight. Being at work gets me! We'll see....
But here's my menu:
B- 1 c. ka****oasted oats, 8 oz. CC milk
S- few grapes and cashews
L- chicken salad on WW tortilla, few potato chips, 4 baby carrots w/drsg
S- protein shake
D- packed some pork ribs and a small salad
Exercise: gym for 45 mins
Vitamins: need calcium
Fluids: 46 oz. so far....

Hey April! Almost TGIF Yeahhhh!!
I had to run back to the hospital to get my second TB test read then stopped by 2 thrift stores. Other than that, Not too much going on. I cant wait to start work Tuesday because I'm so bored staying home.
On the menu:
B~ 1 slice of wheat bread, 1 slice of ham and 1 slice of cheese toasted in oven = 15
L~ 1/2 C. Tuna casserole & steamed broccoli.. my mom made it and it was good = 15
S~ Carb/Sugar control yogart and 1 huge strawberry = 5
D~ 1 C. of tuna casserole = 28
S~ Protein hot chocolate = 28
Protein: 91
Exercise: 2 mile walk w/ my mom
Water: 40 oz so far..
Vitamins: on track

Hey...getting ready to leave on my 3 day weekend to float the river. Ya'll have a great Memorial Day Weekend. We have a 6 hr+ drive ahead of us...it's 1.5 hrs. or so past San Antonio from here...a long way! I'll be back Monday evening.
Make sure you tune into TLC on Monday at 7:00 Central time to BIG MEdicine...It's Jen's dr.s TV series about WLS...we know people on the show. I have my TIVO set to tape it.

B: SF yogurt and low sugar granola and some peanuts
S: protein coffee
L: King Ranch Chicken and pinto beans
D: 2 oz. BBQ chicken, lima beans, and 1/2 small grilled zucchini
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
S: popcorn, 1 c NSA ice cream, and some Fritos and LF Ranch Dip
vitamins: done
liquids: 128 oz.
protein: 90 grams
