Hi all. Hope everyone is well. I've just hanging around at home. I have off a few days, so I've just been chillin. Gonna start on dinner soon. Nothing exciting to report here! Here's what my menu looks like: B- 1 ham n cheese omelet, 1/2 WG bagel w/lite butter L- ham n cheese on 1 slice Jewish Rye, Weigh****chers yogurt S- some watermelon chunks, protein shake D- making baked chicken w/stuffing and some broccoli...yum! Exercise: ran for 30 mins.; recumbent bike for 20 Vitamins: need calcium Fluids: 64 oz. so far... April

Hey April Nothing too exciting going on in my neck of the woods either. I had to take Kristina to her orthodonic appointment then I had to go get my TB test results read and do another one. After that, I went grocery shopping then came home and did laundry! On the menu: (I had a better eating day today) B~ 3 strips of turkey bacon, carb/sugar control yogart and 1 big strawberry = 11 S~ Small Pk. of peanuts = 11 L~ 4 Hot wings and carb/sugar control yogart = 21 S~ 1 slice of ham, 1 slice of cheese rolled up = 9 D~ 1 egg and 1 egg white scrambled w/ ham & cheese & 2 big strawberries = 19 S~ Protein hot chocolate = 28 Protein: 99 Vitamins: on track Water: 46 oz so far.. Exercise: running around? Have a good night, Kay

Hey girls! Tomorrow is the last day of kids at school and only until 11:00 a.m. Yeah!!!! Friday we are leaving as soon as I get done w/ the school employees award breakfast around 10:00 or so to head to the Hill Country and float the Frio River until Monday. Somebody else will have to post the weigh in on Monday. We hope to relax. We're pretty much packed and ready to go other than last minute things. Here's my menu for today: B: SF yogurt w/ low sugar granola & a few peanuts S: protein coffee L: pinto beans and King Ranch Chicken S: few bites of cake and protein bar & later 1 c LF buttermilk D: steak, lima beans and 1 cheddar/garlic biscuit S: ?? vitamins: done liquids: 96 oz. so far, more to go protein: 80 so far + snack protein exercise: can't yet as per dr. He did say I could float on the river in my inner tube! Karla
