Tasty Tuesday's Menu
Hiya Ladies
I'm on my way to take Kristina to swim pratice so I hope you don't mind me posting, April. I have had a boring day! I cant wait to start working. I walked in and out of that kitchen looking for stuff to munch on. I know it was because I had nothing else to do.
Bad habit to start again but I'm here to fess up!
On the menu:
B~ Ham, Egg and Cheese sammy from Burger King minus the top bun = 15
S~ 2 tbsp. of peanut butter = 9
S~ 4 cheese cubes and 4 saltine crackers = 6
L~ Salad with grilled chicken breast, cheese, carrots, cucumbers and lite ranch = 18
S~ 1/3 c. NSA chocolate ice cream = 5
S~ 1 SF popsicle and few grapes
S~ mini bag of M&M's I found while cleaning out pantry. lol
D~ Same as Lunch = 18
Protein: 71 .. i need more but I'm full!
Water: 50 oz so far..
Exercise: 1 mile walk.. it was so hot, i cut it short
Vitamins: on track

I hate when I work over night... that throws me off AND my sleep schedule!
Today I've had:
7 Spicy Bites
3 Cheese Sticks
1 Grilled Cheese Sandwich
1 Chicken Thigh- no skin
1 Chicken Leg- No Skin
Then... get this! To help me fall asleep I ate a biscuit! I ate it because it make my blood sugar drop and off I go to slumberville- I think this is a bad habit in the making...... oh oh
I'll make a shake before I go to work tonight at 9:30!

Hi Kay....
I am trying to go back to basics and today I was good....
I had
Protein coffee with 40 gr proteins
french onion soup but just the broth and cheese....
chicken
crab meat
2 pieces of cheese
2 cheese sticks
80 plus gr of protein....
60 plus ounces of water...
all vitamins
5 miles on the exercise bike and 1 mile walk....
I did cheat and had 8 pieces of gum through out the day.

B: SF Yogurt and low sugar granola
S: AchievOne
L: Navy beans and meatloaf
S: protein coffee
S: 1" x 2" cake, few nuts, 2 wheat thins w/ cheese spread at reception at work
S: few pretzels and LF ranch dip
D: Mexican pizza
S: NSA/LF ice cream
got all protein I needed and vits and liquids. Still can't exercise as per dr.

3/4 c. cottage cheese, some mandarin oranges, 2 sm. PB/graham crackers
some grapes and a PowerBar
protein coffee
pc. of leftover salmon
salmon, some mashed sweet potatoes, 3 pc. of fried sweet plantains
sm. bag of popcorn and some choc. chip bites
