Still want to eat
I am beginning to think maybe the reason I am wanting to eat so much is that I am not satisfied with my choices. Today I had lowfat/tasteless chicken salad. I should have gone with the tuna that I really like. I ate the cup of chick salad and a bag of baked lays and then ate a snack size baby Ruth. I still want to eat!!!!
I think youve got something here Wendy. We can eat so little compared to others, it's important that we choose things we like so we feel satisfied with our meals.
I know for me, if I don't like something I won't eat it. It's not worth it to me, even if it's something healthy. I would rather save room for something I really like.
On another note, watch for a box. I shipped it off today
