Good morning. My eating and water retention are killing me! I can't wait until I can exercise again. My dr. says a couple of more weeks.

Last week's wt.: 181.8
This week's wt.: 183.5
Lost this week: +1.7 lbs.
Total wt. lost: 153.5 lbs.

I don't know my problem either...I thought I ate better this week yet my weight is again at 140....hmmm

Here is my info (as of Saturday...I could not weigh today because my FIL was in the bathroom...leaving the seat up, as usual! )
Surgery wt.: 293 lbs.
Last week's wt.: 171 lbs.
This week's wt.: 168 lbs.
Lost this week: 3 lbs. (but still 4 lbs from my lowest )
Total wt. lost: 125 lbs.

Been staying pretty stagnet! I want to be under 200, and know if I would exercise and not include adult beverages in my diet I probably would be. I do good all week and then by Friday I want a "tottie" ya know!
