It's a new week..whatcha eatin!
I've been a bad, bad, bad girl
. My eating just hasn't been what it should be. I'm either not getting in enough protein on a daily basis, or carbs are calling my name. I will admit that I've been a lil depressed lately. I've been tired too and I think it's all my fault. I'm sitting at 163, which is fine by me...not moving up. I'd actually like to lose maybe 10-15 lbs. by vacation in July because it's all-inclusive, so it's all you can eat. I want to have that "cushion" for me to gain weight and not have to work it off
. Even after WLS I'm still greedy! So, as of today, I'm back on my grind. I need to get my booty in gear, stop being so damn tired, and just be more disciplined. I really liked being a little more disciplined, so I'm going back to it
!!! Here goes:
B- 1 scrambled egg w/RF cheese, 3 slices bacon, 1 choc chip waffle
L- salad w/ turkey pepperoni, 1 oz. ham, RF mozzarella, cucumbers, croutons, RF catalina drsg
S- gonna have a protein shake before work
D-made salmon, flavored rice, broccoli/cauliflower
Fluids: 40 oz. so far....
Vitamins: finish them off before work
Exercise: 1 hr. at gym this AM

Thanks for posting this. I also need to get back on track with my protein. When I get at least 85 grams a day, I feel so much better. If I can just stick with the good routine I have during the week on the weekend, I'd be ok. My other issue is vitamins, I've been slacking with them lately.
I'm getting back on the protein train. I tried to start the train but all my riders faded away so I'm riding by myself!
B~ 1/2 a cheeseburger pattie and 1/2 slice of wheat toast.. leftovers from grilling out yesterday = 12
L~ 4 Hot wings & 1 big fried chicken breast tender = 26
S~ Diet Hot chocolate made with 8 oz cc milk = 10
D~ Grilled pork chop and 1/2 ear of corn on the cob w/ no cal butter spray = 17
S~ Protein shake = 34
*If anything changes, I'll update.
Protein: 99
Vitamins: on track
Exercise: 2 mile walk after dinner
Water: 44 oz so far

70G without a snack, I should be good. I really need to get back on track with the vitamins. I did great with liquids today and have had no pop so far!
