How's your protein???
Hiya ladies. Figured I'd post early...gotta work later. Nothing exciting here. Went to the gym at 6 am, went back to my parents house to get showered, took my nephew to daycare, and stopped here and there on my 1.5 hr. trek back home. I'm tired now. I'm actually gonna be taking a catnap soon before work. Here's my menu:
B- Leftovers from Olive Garden: 1 chicken breast, some broccoli, about 1/4 c. WW linguine= about 24g
S- 3/4 lg. banana, some goldfish
L- ham n cheese rollup, 5 WW crackers 4 cucumber slices w/ RF ranch= 14g
S- protein shake before work= 32g
D- greek salad w/chicken= 24g
Protein= 94g
Exercise=1 hr. BodyCombat class
Fluids= 68 oz. so far....
Vitamins= take em before I head off to the job
April
b- coffee with low fat milk 1g protein
l- 2 oz of tuna =14 g
d- beef roast 3 oz = 24g and some green beans (dinner at church YUM)
8 more oz of coffee with low fat milk 1g
No snacking..
Exercise: 45 minute walk with the dogs
Water: 36 oz and 16 oz of coffee = 52 oz so far and still going
OK not alot of protein but I'm working on it.
