Hey ladies I don't see this posted so I'm jumping in. I had a pretty decent day! I hope everyone is doing good. I'm doing good with getting my protein in everyday. It actually does help me stay full and not able to snack on junk and carbs!!! My menu.. B~ Protein hot chocolate = 28 S~ Carb/Sugar control yogart = 5 L~ Tomato and basil tuna kit & 4 cheese cubes = 22 S~ 1/4 c. NSA ice cream = 4 D~ 2 small pork ribs, 2 shrimp, 1 hot wing and few broccoli florets = 29 S~ NSA hot chocolate made with 8 oz cc milk = 10 Protein: 98 Vitamins: on track Exercise: none today Water: 54 oz so far.. Kay Ok, time to share.. who's next???

Hey Kay! my menu b= coffee with sf french vanilla cream and equal (no protein there) l= chili homemade 7 g protein with slice of cheese 7 g d= more homemade chili 7 g protein with slice of cheese 7g Protein: 28 g (wow! I just starting I try harder vitamins: well, none yet exercise: walking the dogs 40 minutes. Now that is a workout when you walking 2 dogs (one is bigger than me! lol) All I can do is walk right now. Water: 30 0z and 10 oz of coffee.. I'm still drinking hey.. I'm a newbie Hugs, Julie

A day late, but here it is. I was getting hair colored, highlighted, and cut until 7:30 last night. S: 1 c LF buttermilk B: SF yogurt, trail mix S: protein coffee L: Sliced beef/rice chinese stuff (about 3/4 c) and 1/2 protein bar & lima beans S: AchievOne Mocha Java D: few tortilla chips w/ queso, then later 1 beef enchilada, beans, & guacamole...let the dog eat the rice! S: Chex party mix Protein = at least 100 grams Karla
