Sorry for crashing here since I'm not a January 2006 girl but I've heard good things about the protein train so I thought I'd better check it out. Can you give me more details? What are you able to eat? Drink? Supplements? Etc, etc?? Gina

As far as I know... You focus on protein for every meal. You are to go back to the protein first rule. Aim for 100 grams of protein a day. Every meal has to have protein in it including snacks. There are not too many details in the protein train like the plateau buster diet. Just going back to making protein your first choice. Since 100 grams of protein is a lot of protein, you will think more of protein more then you would the carbs. Kay

Kay, Thanks. A couple of years ago, I was on the graduates board and they were doing the protein train. I saved it from there and it was the exact same thing as the plateau buster diet so I was confused when I saw what people were eating. WOW!! a 100 grams of protein is a lot!! It doesnt leave much room for anything else. I may have to try this on the Bama Board. Gina
