Tell me something good!!!
Just wanted to know what everyone was eating today...wanted to be nosy!! My day has been good so far. I worked out, came home to watch tv, took a shower, and laid down. That sounds good to me. But anyway, here's what I had so far today:
B- Light n Fit yogurt, slice of scrapple
L- roast pork sanwich, w/slice of provolone..ate half of roll and all of meat, yum!!!
S- couple of mandarin oranges, some cashews, 4 crackers w/a little PB on each
S- gonna suck down a protein shake
D- havin crab legs, shrimp, and beer w/ the gals
Protein: I should have about 90 something
Exercise: 20 mins on elliptical, 45 mins STEP interval
Fluids: 60 oz. so far...
Vitamins: need my calcium

Scrapple is a hodge podge of pork products made into a small loaf. It sounds gross, but it tastes really good to me. I think it's more of a southern thing (my parents are from the south), but not 100% sure. It's really soft (depending how long you cook it). But it's a breakfast food, so give it a try if you go out to restaurant for breakfast. It's not the healthiest as far as calories and fat, so that's why I don't eat that often. It's good!

A day late, but here it is. I was getting hair colored, highlighted, and cut until 7:30 last night.
S: 1 c LF buttermilk
B: SF yogurt, trail mix
S: protein coffee
L: Sliced beef/rice chinese stuff (about 3/4 c) and 1/2 protein bar
S: AchievOne Mocha Java
D: few tortilla chips w/ queso, then later 1 beef enchilada, beans, & guacamole...let the dog eat the rice!
S: Chex party mix
