Good afternoon ladies
I hope you don't mind me posting this early, April. I am trying to stick to my eating plan today. So far so good..
Like I said earlier, I have stayed home all day and did laundry and cleaned house. Nothing exciting!
Here's my menu..
B~ 2 Roast beef and cheese roll up's = 14
S~ Cheese = 5
L~ Refried beans sprinkled with cheese and lil lite sour cream = 16
S~ 1 tbsp. of peanut butter = 5
D~ Turkey burger (no bun) w/ cheese & steamed broccoli = 27
S~ Protein hot chocolate = 28
Vitamins.. on track
Exercise.. will walk after dinner
Water.. 42 oz so far
Protein.. 95

protein: 85 + unknown dinner and snack protein
exercise: still can't due to lipo surger

Hey, hey! Thanks, missy. I've been doing alright today. Went to the gym for the first time in a few weeks and since surgery, and it felt good. I'm glad I went. My incisions bothered me a little with the jumping, but it wasn't anything I couldn't handle. So now, I'm going to the mall to return and purchase somethings, and I'll probably go visit a friend of mine. I feel like I'm getting a cold! No!!! But here's the menu:
B- 2 HB eggs, Light n Fit yogurt= 16
L- 4 oz. salmon, small salad= 28
S- protein shake= 35
D- dunno yet...
S- dunno yet
Protein: 79 oz. so far.....
Fluids: 32 oz. so far....
Vitamins: need to take em
Exercise: 20 mins on Life Fitness machine, 45 mins BodyCombat class

Hi Kay! Even though my menu/day has been eh... I'll still post
B- 3 Cheese Sticks and 5 Spicy Bites from Jack in the Box
L- Insides of Foster Farms Chicken Bakes, plus bottom of 1/2
D- Probably some Chicken
S- Shake before Work
Vitamins: Check
Exercise: Work at Jack tonight
Water: BAD... like 24 oz so far
Protein: Estimated: 94 if everything goes as planned
well.. I don't have numbers.. sorry
breakfast I had coffee .. no protein
water, water about 30 oz so far and 10 oz of coffee woohoo which is good for me.
lunch I had 1 slice of deli ham (I did throw up half of it though oops it might have been too much even though it was sliced thin) It's like I am a newbie again so I am being careful.
For dinner I don't know yet. I am thinking about chili with some cheese on top.
And I should get 10 oz of fluid in so that's 50 0z! woohoo!
