Monday Morning Weigh-In
Okay...my weight's not so good, but I'm getting on track today and taking it off. I'm still really swollen from my lipo, but that's not all of it. I've eaten too many things I shouldn't have lately. Back to protein, protein, protein. I do get in my protein supplements and liquids, but haven't been able to exercise due to the surgery and still can't for a while.
Surgery wt: 337
Last week's weight: 180.8
This week's weight: 181.6
Lost this week: +.8 lbs.!!!!
Total lost since surgery: 155.4

I hope your swelling goes down soon. Perhaps it is jus****er weight.....
I too have not been eating my best and I thought it would reflect in the scales too. Lucky for me it is finally coming off. I am just 13 pounds from my personal goal and at one point I was only 9 pounds away so here is to hoping I get better...

Well I am so dissapointed in myself......I didn't do well at staying away from the salty carbs and I am up 3 pds...I am sure most of it's water weight but still this isn't good if I can't get a handle on it..I thought last week when I wen't down by limiting my carb's that was great but I think a little voice, the same old one was saying ok that was easy to get back on track so if you don't do well you know you can always loose it quick...which is wrong for me because that is how I always balooned up before.....
