Hey everyone. I'm posting early today. I'm finally going back to work today! I went to my doc appt. yesterday and she said everything looks good. She said it'll take time for my eating to get back to normal, and being tired is normal if my body isn't getting the protein it's used to. So...back to protein and vitamins! Here's what my menu looks like for today: B- 1 scrambled egg w/ RF cheese, 2 slices bacon and 1/2 biscuit= 15 L- 1 1/2 chicken tenders, some salad w/ RF cheese= 19 S- Gonna have a protein shake= 32 D- Chicken w/ mixed veggies and RF alfredo sauce= 21 Protein: 85 grams today! I might throw some milk in to up it a bit April

Today my food has been: B: 1 donut hole & AchievOne S: protein coffee L: lima beans and sauteed shrimp w/ a little rice S: ? D: meat loaf and lima beans S: ? vitamins: done liquids: 84 oz. so far, more to go exercise: can't because of lipo surgery protein: 60 + whatever w/ ? meals/snacks Karla

Hey April.. It's a day late but I just had to tell you that I'm happy you had a good doc appointment yesterday. Late but I like it all writtein down. I didnt' eat bad but I didn't get enough protein in. B~ 1 1/2 hard boiled eggs = 11 L~ Grilled chicken breast = 12 S~ cheese = 5 D~ 1 taco, insidse of another taco, 1/4 c. refried beans and few bites of rice = 24 S~ SF fudgesicle = 2 Protein.. only 54 grams Kay
